How this calculator works
A sellable business is not simply profitable. Buyers also need predictable demand, transferable operations, defensible ownership, clean evidence, and risks they can understand. The score makes those qualities visible in twelve quick questions.
Each answer receives full, half, or zero credit. All twelve questions are weighted equally so the test remains transparent. The three lowest answers become your priority list; there is no hidden model or subjective AI assessment.
- Answer twelve statements with Yes, Somewhat, or No.
- Award 1, 0.5, or 0 points for each response.
- Divide earned points by 12 and convert the result to a score out of 100.
- Use the three lowest-scoring areas as the improvement priorities.
